You can manage these permissions at any time in your device's system settings. Denying optional permissions will limit certain features but will not prevent you from using core functionality.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., unresolved disputes, fraud prevention).
Chat messages are retained on our servers to enable message history. You may request deletion of your chat history by contacting us.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/WSS), token-based authentication, and locally encrypted state persistence on your device.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to protect your account credentials.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

The Fliqo app does not use browser cookies. We use local device storage to cache authentication tokens and your preferences (such as selected categories and cart contents) to improve app performance. This data is stored encrypted on your device and is cleared when you log out or uninstall the app.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access.
Fliqo is based in Mauritius. If you are using the Service from outside Mauritius, your information may be transferred to and processed in Mauritius or in countries where our third-party service providers operate (including but not limited to the United States and the European Union). By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
When you use the virtual try-on feature, photos you upload are sent to a third-party AI image generation service for processing. We do not store your try-on photos on our servers beyond the time required to complete the request. Processing is subject to the privacy policy of the AI service provider.
Text content you provide for product listings may be sent to a third-party AI service to generate suggested descriptions. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing.
Search queries and product images submitted via the AI chat assistant may be sent to our backend AI service for processing. We do not use these queries to build personal profiles for advertising purposes.
We use your device's push notification platform to deliver alerts to your device. You can opt out of push notifications at any time via your device's notification settings. Opting out will not affect your use of the Service but you will not receive real-time order, payment, or live stream alerts.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, providing in-app notification. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
